I sit down to write this blog before I attempt to write a song for the first time in a while.

It’s an exciting moment. There’s a craft involved, which is very familiar. But there is always that sense of anticipation. The hoped for X-Factor.

What on earth or in the big Blue Sky is going to come out of the mix at the other end.

Well, I’m just about to find out.
